It is one of the most secret beaches in the Algarve and only to go by boat
Praia do Mato has a small, shell-shaped beach surrounded by cliffs. In the West, there are three caves: two with large entrance arches and one smaller. In the East, there are clear signs of old landslides, and at the base of the cliffs there is an arch that can be crossed by swimming or with a small boat. Access to this beach is by sea.
The Algarve may be the region of the country that receives the most visitors every year, but despite the crowds that spread between June and September.
