It all started in 2015, when Benedita, Aveirense, dreamed and conceived the creation of a unique and ideal project for family holidays. From dream to reality, it took 4 years to create the 14 houses that make up the tourist resort.

There is still room for a restaurant, MAGMA, thus increasing the offer of catering on Pico Island.

The term tourist village comes after this having a little of everything: restaurant, grocery store, heated pool, yoga studio, a garden with 420 species of plants and of course the 14 houses.

 

 



Benedita thought that instead of buying houses scattered in space and time, all this asked to buy more than once. But  if making a resort would be the most logical and practical and would allow to use more area, to declare the lodgings as a resort
