How eCooltra Scooters Work

First, you need to download the free app available for Android and iOS. On the screen, a map appears and the eCooltra usage area is marked in blue. As there are no fixed locations, the  scooter  can be parked anywhere as long as it is within the operating zone. With georeferencing you can see the nearest motorcycle and reserve it.

Then you have 15 minutes to get to the  scooter  and start the journey. Canceling is free of charge and once you find the motorcycle you can unlock the seat to lift the helmet. The motorcycle turns on (and off) through the application without the need for a key. When the user arrives at the destination, and the service ends, the cost of the trip is automatically charged to the indicated credit or debit card.

The  scooters  have a range of 45 kilometers. The battery is insured by a team that rides a vehicle with charged batteries, responsible for its replacement.
