Lisbon was considered the fourth most beautiful city visit in the world
Lisbon was considered the fourth most beautiful city in the world for the American website U City Guides, in a ranking led by Venice, Italy.
The Portuguese capital is described as one of the best scenery cities in the world. “Beautiful and unexpected views are discovered around every corner, with its colorful and picturesque streets and especially with its viewpoints at the top of each hill,” explains the guide.
U City Guides also says that Lisbon is raw but seductive: it has a beauty that doesnt need much effort to captivate us with its tiled facades and pastel buildings, the guide continues.
In such a breathtaking place, no wonder many of the great explorers wondered what other beauties would exist beyond the horizon when they left in the fifteenth century. Check out the list of the 10 most beautiful cities in the world.
