Château Queyron Pindefleurs (SCE Vignobles Fillon)
Imposing and elegant, this example of Bordeaux vineyards is made with Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes and finished with 1% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has sweet nuances of red and black fruits, which contrast with the freshness of oak notes. With mild acidity, it blends well with roasted poultry, fish and salads.
Chianti Classico Riserva (Cigliano)
Considered a classic, this wine has aromas of violets, currants, ripe plums, blueberries, black pepper and spices. It is made with Sangiovese grapes grown in the Tuscan region. Light and balanced, it blends perfectly with red meat, free-range poultry, pasta with red sauces and hard cheese.
Clos des Epenots (Château de Meursault)
With complex flavors and good acidity, this wine is made entirely with Pinot Noir grapes. It blends notes of ripe plums, cherries, raspberries, vanilla and a light touch of leather and chocolate.
