Robeira do cavalo It is one of the best kept secrets of our country. It is in Sesimbra and, to get there, it is necessary to walk a trail through the mountain for about 15 minutes. But it is well worth the effort. The place is calm and pleasant, the sea is calm and the crystal clear water of intense and exotic colors.


It is a Portuguese paradise and is a great alternative to Sesimbra s California Beach  , which is always crowded with people and smells like food from restaurants 10 meters from the beach. The Ribeira do  Cavalo beach has a turquoise water so clear that it could easily be mistaken for a Thai beach.

By motorboat, from where you can enjoy the beach and some coves from a different perspective.
