100 ways

 

After several months late due to the renovation of the space, Ljubomir Stanisics restaurant has been in operation since February 28, but only serves a tasting menu - which costs € 110, no drinks included. You cant order from the menu, nor is there a menu designed for vegetarians, which was one of the chefs goals for this version of 100 Ways.

Attla

 

For 17 years, André Fernandes has had enough, in a good way, to answer “oui chef”. He has worked in kitchens around the world alongside chefs such as Javier Pelicier, Jordi Cruz, Eric Guerin or Alain Ducasse. Paris, Zurich, Rio de Janeiro and Barcelona were some of the cities he passed. Since December 15th it has its own restaurant in Lisbon. He opened Attla with sub chef João Almeida.

BouBous

 

The house specialties, which they call "Go Big or Go Home", are served in two or four person servings. In the fish there are grilled octopus with sweet potato and Harissa aioli (42 € and 84 €). As for meat, you can order the lamb kebab with pita bread and Asian condiments (44 € and 64 €).

Supper

 

Only 14 people eat at the supper table, the restaurant that Pedro Pena Bastos opened in the summer of 2018 in Lisbon. The project entered the second phase in early 2019 with a menu renewal. The tasting costs 100 €. It can be paired with wines   (150 €), but also with non-alcoholic suggestions.

Epur

 

It had already been spoken to Michelin star, but Vincent Farges is in no hurry. The chef left Fortaleza do Guincho and opened in April 2018 his own project in Lisbon. Epur is in Largo das Belas Artes and   overlooks the Tagus. There are three menus to choose from: the four-time menu (90 €); that of six (125 €); and the eight (160 €).

Sala by Joao Sá

 

The space is open since October 3, is the chefs second solo, after the debut in 2009 with G-Spot in Sintra. In this restaurant near Campo das Onolas, unlike the previous one, there is not a tasting menu but a menu that is not too rigid in shape and may have about 20 dishes.

Seen Lisbon

 

The top floor of Tivoli Liberdade was different in early November. Olivier has opened a new concept in the city with different proposals than in other areas of the city. The Seen is modern, with a line that goes back to the 1930s, and uses many patterned fabrics, wood, brass and even velvet.

The Sea Tavern

 

Sardines, horse mackerel, mackerel, cuttlefish and squid. These are the fish that underlie the creatives of Taberna do Mar, the restaurant that chefs Filipe Rodrigues and Hugo Gouveia have just opened in Graça, Lisbon. The fish is all national, but the technique they use is Japanese, so expect to find some niguiris and sashimi on the menu.
