The Berardo Collection Museum is a reference museum in Lisbon. It opened on June 25, 2007 and hosts temporary exhibitions and a permanent collection (Berardo Collection), representative of modern and contemporary national and international art.

The Modern and Contemporary Art Foundation - Berardo Collection (Decree Law 164/2006 of 9 August) was created on 9 August 2006; It is this institution that manages and organizes the Berardo Collection Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, currently installed at the Belém Cultural Center. Its collection comprises 862 works and is valued by auctioneer Christie´s at 316 million euros.

Museum of reference in Lisbon, at the Berardo Collection Museum, visitors can enjoy the best of modern and contemporary art. Both in the permanent exhibition of the Berardo Collection and in the wide range of temporary exhibitions, it is possible to find works by artists from different cultural contexts and the varied expressions that have built the history of art of the last century.

The Berardo Collection Museum also has a diverse program of activities for all ages (for example, exhibit tours and family studio visits) which, in an original and pedagogical way, make known the great names of national and international art. , such as Marcel Duchamp, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol, Francis Bacon, Maria Helena Vieira da Silva or Helena Almeida.
